Last Days of Summer Blog Hop

Hello, every one! Here is a card that I made for Purple Onion Designs. POD is one of the manufacturers that took part in the Last Days of Summer Blog Hop. All 11 participating manufacturers contributed prizes for ONE lucky winner. All you need to do is to leave a comment on all 11 manufacturer blogs for a chance to win the fabulous prize. You can start the hop from the Purple Onion Designs Blog and there will be links from there to all 11 manufacturer blogs. Before you go, here is my card.

We have a watermelon just like that sitting on our floor. LOL! It's waiting for a space to free up in our refrigerator so that it can move in and be chilled. =) We really got it for our cats. Yeah, they eat watermelons. Of course we always end up eating the most of it and some of it would be made into watermelon lemonade.

The watermelon image is from the BBQ Set illustrated by Michelle Clement. The PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock was trimmed to size and the bottom corners were rounded first. The sentiment and image is then stamped using a Stamp-A-Ma-Jig (one of my favorite and most used tools!) and colored with Copic markers. I used a grey Lyra color pencil for the shadow.

The patterned paper is from the Good Day Sunshine collection by My Mind's Eye and the sentiment comes with the BBQ Set.

That's all from me. Don't forget to start the Last Days of Summer Blog Hop and find out all the details at the Purple Onion Designs Blog. Have fun hopping! =)

This is so cute, Alice! Our cats like watermelon too, but they like papaya and canteloupe the best. :-)Strange creatures. When we put the papaya skins out for them, they let it sit for a couple days til it ferments and dries out and then eat it. EVERYTHING.
