Whiff of Joy July Blog Hop

WoJ's new release included beloved Henry. The new Henry images have him dressed as a race car driver and a fireman. You know they would be perfect for boy cards! And of course there is a super cute new stamp from the new Simply Maya line. Here is my card using this adorable image.

Awww....  A little tea party with Maya, who wouldn't like that? My favorite is Mr. Bear. He looks like a cool cucumber and very handsome! =)

This image is called Tea Party and it's colored on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock with Copic markers then cut and embossed using a Petite Ovals Small die.

The patterned paper is from Paper Cottage 6x6 Paper Pad by BasicGrey. I cut out a little label from one of the patterned paper and stamped the sentiment from Heyday Sentiments set by Hero Arts/Studio Calico over it. I also based my card design on the sketch from Challenge #134 over at Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog. I tool the sketch for a spin and simplified it a bit.
