Birthday Treats

Happy Monday, my friends! =) I am trying out The Card Set Challenge in the Moxie Fab World.

When I was visiting my family in Taiwan this past January, I went shopping with my brother's family. My brother's oldest girl was buying birthday cards in this store in the mall and I thought "There is something wrong about this picture!" Her aunt makes cards, she should never have to buy cards! =) I wanted to make her a set of simple birthday cards ever since I came back and this challenge provides the perfect inspiration. =)

All stamps are from Papertrey Ink. The images are all colored with Copic markers. A little bit of Glossy Accents is added to each card for a little interest.

I used a few of the images from Tremendous Treats: Birthday set for my cards. There are six cards in this set. I separated them into two designs of three cards each with slight variations on the designs just to make it more fun for me. =)

The box was originally the packaging for the stamp set. I stamped the images that I used for the cards on the cardstock strip to decorate the box. They are stamped with the card base colors that I used for their respective cards. The thin color strips are cut from the cardstock colors I used for each of the cards as well.
