Barry with Tree & Cups of Joy

Hello, all! Here are a couple of cards that I made using some super cute images from Purple Onion Designs.

I used Barry with Tree illustrated by Stephanie Ackerman for my first card. Isn't Barry adorable? =)

Barry is stamped on a piece of PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock that has been trimmed to size then colored with Copic markers.

The patterned paper is from Holly Jolly Christmas 6x6 Paper Pad by Echo Park.

My second card is made with the lovely Cups of Joy illustrated by Heidi Grace. I love Heidi's whimsical designs!

The image is stamped on watercolor paper and colored with watercolor pencils. I then used a water brush to blend the colors together. I am not sure about the "frame." I was trying to create a warm feel to it, but I think I failed... =) I used a grey one to add some shadow to the edges of the image. I know, I need more practice! The set of watercolor pencils is my new toy and there are definitely rooms for improvement! =)

The sentiment is from Holiday Greetings set also from Heidi's collection. You have to check out those super cute images by her! =)

That's all from me. For more inspirations using images from Purple Onion Designs, please visit Purple Onion Designs Blog.

Have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by!
