Paper Smooches SPARKS Picture Perfect Challenge

Happy Monday, my friends! It's time for a new Picture Perfect Challenge over at Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge Blog. Here is this week's inspiration photo.

Here is my take on it.

I was trying to create a silhouette of a couple looking at sunset, does that make sense?

I used the "backs" of the gingerbread people from Giddy Gumdrops set for my couple. =) I stamped them on kraft cardstock, cut them out then inked them with Distress Inks. Some Glossy Accents was added to the heart to get a nice puffy look and Rock Candy Stickles was added to the word "love" for a subtle sparkle.

The "sunset" is created by inking the Rustic White cardstock with Mustard Seed, Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain Distress Inks then adding water drops over the inked piece. The die cut Love is inked with Barn Door and Mustard Seed Distress Inks. The always and heart are from Group Hugs set. I also stamped the card front with a few of the candy images from Giddy Gumdrops set.

That's all from me. And sadly this is also my last card as a Paper Smooches SPARKS design team member. It has been super fun being on this amazing team. Big thanks to Kim, Savannah and all my fabulous teammates for making this experience so incredible. I love your ladies!! =)

Don't forget to find out what the other design team members came up with for this challenge. Here are the links:
