Antoinette
Hi all! It's been ages since I last played alone with the challenges over at the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Blog, so I thought I would give it a try this week.
The challenge this week's is Non-traditional Christmas Colors. I used brown, turquoise/blue and cream.
I used the sweet and delightful Antoinette for my card. She is one of my most favorites of my Kraftin' Kimmie collection. I love that big, happy grin. =) I added some Frosted Lace Stickles on the white parts of her dress, but they are very subtle and hard to see in the photo.
I paired her with My Mind's Eye's Bohemia Christmas from two years (?) ago. I used the snowflake accessary stamp that came with Antoinette to stamp the border and on the sentiment oval tag after I inked them with tumbled glass and tea dye. All paper edges are inked with these two inks as well. The seam binding is dyed with vintage photo. The sentiment is from this SRM Sticker Sheet. I was one of the lucky winners of the World Card Making Day festivities at the SRM Stickers Blog and this wonderful sticker sheet was included in the prize pack. It really came super handy since I don't have a lot of holiday stamps. Thanks, SRM Stickers!
That's it for today. Hope you have a beautiful day! =)
Thanks for stopping by!
