Mr. Smiles
Happy Friday, everyone! I am here to share a card that I made using the super talented Jane Beljo's debut rabbah stamp for Claudia & Company. Yes! Jane's Doodles in rabbah!
Introducing Mr. Smiles! Isn't he cute? He makes me happy. The sentiment came with this mini set of three stamps. You can find this mini set at Die Cuts R Us starting today.
Since this is such a fun image, I chose to paper piece him. I did colored an extra set of teeth, cut them out then pieced them. Since Jane loves tags, I made one to go with the card. I used PTI's bookmark die then trimmed it down to just a little smaller than 4 1/4".
The lovely patterned paper that I used is from a collaborative digital kit called Sugar Shock. Here is how you can get it for free! I just checked and I think the downloads still work. Hopefully they don't expire. You have to scroll down a bit at each blog to get to the blog train posts. Most of the paper that I used is from Boutique Cute Dolls' portion. I think those fun paper fits Mr. Smiles perfectly!
Jane is also giving away a set of Mr. Smiles at her blog, so don't forget to hop over! Jane also invited the sweet and talented Tiffany as the Guest Designer, please hop over and say hi! Also don't forget to check out what the other members of the Jane's Doodles design team came up with using Mr. Smils. Here are the links:
Have fun hopping! =)
