Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #132

Happy Friday, my friends! It's time for a card for Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge. We took a two week break and now we are back! Here is this week's sketch:

Here is my card:

I used the super adorable Sugar and Spice illustrated by Rachelle Anne Miller for my card.

Who can resist this sweet image? Not to mention that hubby and I both love squirrels, so this was a must have. =) I think I may have colored the squirrels a little too red though... This stamp is available at PaperWorks Co. and it's on sale!

The patterned paper and elements that I used are from Boutique Cute Dolls' Play Kitchen digital kit. Just perfect for this image! I inked all the paper edges with tea dye and vintage photo. The border punch is this one.

That's all I have for now. Don't forget to check out what all the other members of the TESC Sketch Crew came up with for this sketch!! Here are the links:

OMG...this is adorable! I love how soft your colouring is and the split in the centre is a cool take on the sketch!

Love the design - the stitching and they way you used the scallop border punch - just so clever. Such a cute sentiment, too to go with that image.

Love your take on the sketch. I never would have thought to have the border punch going to the inside like that. And that image is beyond adorable especially with your coloring skills!

Adorable, Alice! I love squirrels, too, can't help it! I was just watching one this morning, he's so fat. He climbs up to our bird feeders and shakes that tail at me (and continues to eat the seed)
