love is in the air
Hello my friends! I am here to share a couple of cards that I made using Boutique Cute Dolls' digital kit "Love is in the Air." Unfortunately, their website is experiencing technical difficulty. I'll come back with the links later.
This is just a very simple card made using the pretty patterned paper and elements from the Love Is In the Air kit. I love the botanical background and polka dots, so I decided to use them together. I stamped the bird image on the pink polka dot paper before I printed it out. I also printed an extra bird image, cut it out and attached it using some rolled up glue dots to add some dimension. The sentiment came with the bird and hearts image.
For my second card I used the same patterned papers from the BCD kit, but used the cute little gril from My Cute Stamps' Tea Party set as my focal point. She makes me smile every time I color her! =)
The grass paper is from Papertrey Ink's Pretty Pastels paper pad and punched using this punch. The flowers are punched using this punch and tiny butterfly using this punch with leftover scraps from other projects. I added stems using a Copic marker. I felt like making a very girly card, so I added a pink ribbon bow to the sentiment.
That's all for today. Hope you have a happy hump day! =)
