Happy Birthday, Peggy!

Hi all! Today is the owner of PWCO - Peggy's birthday and the DTs decided to host a virtual surprise blog hop to celebrate her special day! Happy Birthday, Peggy! Hope  you have the most wonderful day! =) Here is a card that I made for you.

I used the adorable Ice Cream Bear for this card. Go ahead and have your rainbow colored ice cream, girl!! =)

The image is colored on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock then cut out using a Standard Circles Large die. The image is then matted with a piece of patterned paper cut using a Lacy Circles die before I stitched the layers together.

The patterned paper is from the Sweet Summertime collection from Echo Park. The heart tag and sentiment are from Papertrey Ink. It's time to send you to Bella's blog. Here is the blog hop list:
