two tall cards for Caardvarks

Hello everyone! Thank you all so much for your sweet comments on my not-so-good day blog post on Monday. I am all right now and am here to share two cards with you!

These two cards are for the " A Tall Order" challenge over at Caardvarks. All you need to do is make a tall card and you will get a chance to win some yummy goodies sponsored by Nikki Sivils.

I adore these cute curly Christmas trees from Pink Petticoat. They are in the set of digital images called "Tall n' Skinny Pom Pom Trees." See they even have a cute name!

I stretched them a little in Photoshop to suit my design for the challenge. I hesitated to use the traditional red and green with these non-traditionally colored trees. But I went for it anyway in the end thinking that it's what makes it pop!

The deadline for this challenge is Friday. So head over to Caardvarks and check out the rules and the fabulous sample Crew Cards and get inspired!

Thanks for stopping by!
