Braid in My Hair & ADFD Challenge 41

This is my second post of the day. Please click here or scroll down to see my post for Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps April Preview Day 2. Thanks! =)

Happy Friday, my friends! =) It's also release day over at A Day For Daisies. This week's release is called Birds in My Hair. Here is my card featuring one of the beautiful images from the release.

Ahhh.... Isn't she a beauty? I enjoyed coloring her! We are combining this week's sketch with a new challenge over at the A Day For Daisies Blog and the challenge is "Add a Feather." When I saw this bag of feathers with polka dots, I knew I had to get it! =)

The image that I used is called Briads in My Hair and it's printed on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock, cut and embossed using a Petite Ovals Large die then colored with Copic markers. The sentiment piece is cut and embossed using a Petite Ovals Small die.

The patterned paper is from Tea for Two 6x6 Mimi Deck by Cosmo Cricket and the sentiment is from PTI's anniversary set called Pretty Peonies.

That's it for now. Please don't forget to check out what the other design team members came up with for the challenge using this week's release here and you can find the new images here.

Have a happy day! =)
