Coffee + Perk Up

Happy Weekend, all! =) I was invited by the kind people over at Top Dog Dies to create a couple of cards using some of their fabulous dies.

Hope I am not turning you off with more ink smooshing! I just love how it looks random and yet I still have some control over it. =)

Distress inks used on the coffee cup cut using Coffee Die Set are Mowed Lawn, Rusty Hinge, Abandoned Coral, Ripe Persimmon, Chipped Sapphire and Seedless Preserves. Some bronze splattered was added using Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor to add a little texture.

The background is created by smooshing together Peacock Feathers, Squeezed Lemonade and Mowed Lawn. I used watercolor to stamp the sentiment from MFT's Perk Up set to get the watercolor look. The patterned paper is from Studio Calico's Lemon Lush 6x6 paper pad.

That's all I have for now. Don't forget to go to Top Dog Dies Blog to see more of my projects and check out the Top Dog Dies Store! =)

Have a fabulous day and thanks for stopping by!
